Your name, mobile number, email, and address; your equipment, parts, and service history; billing and account details; records of your text message consent and opt-outs; and basic website data such as browser type and pages visited.
To sell and service equipment and parts, manage your account, answer questions, process payments, meet legal and accounting requirements, and send the text messages you agreed to receive. Our texts are sent by OBCI staff through our business phone service, which carries them on our behalf. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
We keep information as long as needed to serve your account and meet legal and tax requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep by law. Our services are for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect information form children under 13. We may update this policy, and the effective date above shows the latest version.
